FAQs
- Online account opening is for personal accounts only. Business, Trusts, and Estate accounts must be opened in a branch or over the phone.
- Only US Citizens can apply for membership online. Additional documentation requires in-person applications for non-citizens.
- Be sure to answer the four security questions at the end of the application. They are to protect against fraud and are required to finalize the application.
After application submission
- You will receive a confirmation of application email from us.
- We will reach out to you via phone or email within 24-48 business hours to check in, and to welcome new members.
- Upon account request approval, account opening documents will be emailed to you via DocuSign, which allows you to sign your documents electronically.
- Use the "Check Status" button to contact us or upload documents to your application.
