Remote services are continuously available to you. Our online banking portal offers you the ability to make transfers, pay bills remotely, deposit paper checks, add accounts, and more. Should you have questions about your accounts, the Contact Center is available by phone during our normal business hours and can be reached at 800.966.8200. Contact Center staff is also available by online chat feature, which can be found at the bottom of the website page.

We acknowledge that this virus is affecting our community in many ways, including our members’ ability to work and receive paychecks. If you’re having difficulty making loan payments, please call us at 800.966.8200 to talk about options as we work through this difficult time.

NEW LOAN INFORMATION 
We are offering our members a small loan to help make ends meet while laid off or temporarily unemployed. You can borrow up to $3,000 with an available term of up to 48 months. We’re offering 60 days no interest, after which the interest rate will be 3.99%* APR.

NEW OVERDRAFT INFORMATION
All overdraft related charges including: Overdraft Protection Transfer, Courtesy Pay and Return Item fees will be waived for the period of March 20 – April 30.

We also want to thank our membership in advance for your continued patience as our branches work through the staffing shortages that COVID-19 has brought to us. We are doing our best to keep branches as heavily staffed as possible; however, you will most likely notice reduced staff within certain branch locations as we consolidate our staff to more critical locations.

Additionally, we encourage you to use debit and credit cards, rather than cash. Whether you use a plastic card or pay via mobile payments like Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay, not touching cash is important during this time. Germs are easily transmitted on cash and there is no way to disinfect it.
