check your due date and amount owed, and view authorizations. You can also pay your Visa bill online.
To access your NEFCU Visa credit card, just log in to NEFCUOnline and click on the link under My Accounts. Alternatively, you can also follow these steps:
Credit card fraud is an unfortunate reality in today's world. One of the best ways to avoid problems is to keep a close eye on your account with automatic Visa transaction alerts. In just a few minutes, you can sign up to receive automatic messages by email or text to inform you whenever a transaction has posted to your account, if a foreign transaction has occurred, or you can choose a variety of other alert options. Simply log into NEFCUOnline and go to Visa Online Access and click on "Transaction Alerts" under the Account Services tab.
From the Account Summary page, you can download your transactions to a CSV file.
Visa Online Access provides you with 24/7 secure access to your Visa credit card account information through NEFCUOnline. Visa Online Access allows you to view, download, or print your current activity. You can also view pending authorizations and make payments.
Visa Online Access is designed to keep your account information secure. Your session will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

This amount is the monthly minimum you must pay to keep your account in good standing. This minimum amount is clearly stated on each statement and is equal to an amount decided upon by Direct Financial. Generally, the minimum amount calculation is made available in your Card Agreement, Welcome Letter, or it can be obtained by contacting us at 800.966.8200.

You may use your card for a cash advance at Direct Financial, any ATM with the Visa logo or any financial institution where Visa cash advances are offered. Please note that cash advances start to accrue interest immediately and, if in a Rewards Program, do not earn points.
Your card will work in most countries. Due to fraud trends, we may restrict transactions in certain countries. We do strongly recommend that you notify us of your upcoming travel plans by completing the form in NEFCUOnline or by calling us at 800.966.8200.

Call us at 800.966.8200 immediately to report your lost/stolen card. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to block your card as quickly as possible.
Our customer service team will block the card, limiting unauthorized use. To better assist us in protecting your account, please let us know where your card was lost/stolen and the last authorized transaction on the card.
On the Account Summary screen in Visa Online Access, Pending Charges reflects authorizations not yet matched to a transaction and posted to your account. The Pending Authorizations page shows all the authorizations that merchants have submitted for approval. A transaction may have already posted but did not clear the authorization for various reasons such as different amount, different authorization code, or different merchant ID. Denied transactions may also show here, but will not post to your account.
You can set up a payment from another financial institution (or Direct Financial) by entering your checking or savings account information on the Make Payment page in Visa Online Access.
You can schedule a one-time payment in advance by choosing a specific payment date on the Make Payment page in Visa Online Access. Or, if you prefer, you can also enroll in Automatic Payments and set up a recurring payment based on criteria that you've established.

Payments from a Direct Financial account can be done as a transfer in NEFCUOnline (which will post within one business day). You can also schedule a payment on the Make Payment page in Visa Online Access or stop in at any New England Federal Credit Union location.
