In early December, the NEFCUOnline user experience will be upgraded. This upgrade includes an all-new interface that scales and
changes size to fit the device. This allows a range of devices to have an optimal experience — from a mobile phone to a large desktop.
A few pages, including BillPay™, are not responsive yet, but they will be upgraded in the future. Please be aware that FinanceWorks, including the homepage widget, will not be upgraded. We are currently developing a replacement Money Management solution. Additional information regarding this product will be available soon. In the meantime, you can still access FinanceWorks under Manage Money in the main menu.
The goal of this upgrade is to build upon our current best-in-class user experience by providing a fresh, modern look to the existing features. As a result, there are ample changes to the user interface but minimal changes to functionality. Feature enhancements will include the ability to rearrange the order of accounts displayed and make transfers to hidden accounts. Just click on “Settings” within the Accounts widget to manage your account preferences.
